Export users with their attributes to a text file?

Hi all,
I have 100 users in W2k with Exchange server. I need their first name, family name and their exchange address in a text/excel file, I look for a command to do that but I don't succed to get the right one
Any idea

Here It is, I hope It will help someone:
dsquery user -name * -limit 300| dsget user -u
pn -fn -ln -display -email -disabled -office > "file.txt"
