export to word chart missing

Hi , I originally attached this on the end of somebody elses thread but thought it should have its own so apologises to anybody whos read it twice - but if you have why haven't you answered?

Anyway my problem is that when I export to a word document using the RDC on a client machine, the charts are not exported and the report formatting is all out (aligned to either the left or right of the page. All works ok on my machine. This is strange because exporting to html or pdf does export the charts.

I have used the crystal 9 merge modules and have added
cranalyzer, gdiplus,commonobjmodel,rptdefmodel, crtowords_en and crheapalloc dlls'.

Any input gratefully received.

Don't worry I solved it.
Client machine was opening document in wordpad not word.
