I was reading through one of Microsoft's sample databases regarding Business Contacts. The sample has a form called "Switchboard" with several buttons including "Import contacts from Outlook". I was wondering if it would possible to manipulate the VBscript so that users would be able to export existing contact information from a Microsoft Access form to their Outlook contact list. Our company has a telephone directory database, but users would like to be able to take a specific contact and export all of that contact's information directly to Outlook. If anyone has any information on this topic I would greatly appreciate their help/and or direction. Thank You

This is only part of what you need. The link below gives you the information on how to use an Access Form to launch Outlook and create an instance of an empty contact.

However, I was unable to find a refrence for what the various fields of the Outlook Contact are so values could be set.

I will keep looking and if I find it I will post it.

Thanks Steve,

This should get me on the right track. If anyone else has done this before I would appreciate the advice as I am trying to figure out whether or not this is worth my time. If it can be implemented in a few days it would be an awesome tool, on the other hand, if this will take me and the users a long time to get up and running I dont know how effective it will be over the current method of cut and paste. Thanks again for the link Steve.
