Export to MSWORD 1

I'm using Crystal Reports 10.
My report is setup in Crystal as "letter size 8.5x11 inches". But when I export it to MSWORD, the page length is changed to "Custom size 8.5x11.5 inches". So I have to change the page setup every time I output a MSWord file.

Does anyone know why this happens?

After searching the Knowledge Base at Business Objects web site I found that this is a known issue...luckily there is a fix...
