When exporting a report to HTML from ASP the new browser window opens fine but occasionally instead of seeing the report we get:

error 'ASP 0115'
Unexpected error
/Printing/ParameterField.asp
A trappable error occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.


(ParameterField.asp is where the CR application/report objects are created)
This does not bring the website down, but in order to be able to view/export again (includng use of ActiveX and Netscape plugin viewers) we have to restart the IIS admin service. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In Crystal 8.5 the dll u2fhtml.dll which is used for exporting the report to HTML has a problem. The solution from crystal is to use the dll for version 8.0
