Export to file

Hi,

I have developed a Form Letter report in Crystal 8.5. I have the exact layout of the report designed and it works perfect on preview/print option. But when I export to file, I see additional columns, which I think were put by Crystal in a free-format form. I need to remove them from the report and not display in the export file.

Any help is appreciated.

Which format are you trying to export to? If you export to PDF it should give you an exact replica of hoe the report looks in CR preview. Reebo

OH, that would have been my second option behind PDF.

There are certain limitations when exporting, the best document I've found is cr85_exportlimitations.zip and can be found by doing a search at

http://www.crystaldecisions.com

Sorry I can't be more helpful, but this should help you make sure it's not just a limitation on the export to RTF. Reebo
