Export to Excel

Crystal Report 10.0

In Crystal Feature they have given as "user can now select to export all or some of page headers/footers and choose whether to display gridlines or not". but Iam not getting these options while exporting. Is that I have to run any patch.
I want to know the real feature of exporting to excel.

Yes there is a hotfix that needs to be applied to update the excel export dll.
