export report to word file

dear all . please i need ur help for this urgent problem

i have normal report for quatation (sales offer )
the report designed in simple data inside the report

there is table contains the items information in the details section

the master information in the page header

the problem is when i print the report its very nice

but when i export it to word document all the report not the same of the orginal report

please all i need to export the report to word file with the same desgin for the orginal rpt file


any advice

Make sure that you have a matching font and size in Word as you do in Crystal. Sometimes the line height may not be quite right for Word as it is in Crystal.

Do you need to allow the end user to edit the Word document?

What version of Crystal do you have? In Crystal 10, the document looks fine but is hard to edit, because everything is in text boxes.
