I have a picture on my report which looks fine in the designer and the Crystal Reports viewer. The picture is our company logo with a white background.

However, when I export the report to Excel or Word the white background turns to a light shade of blue which contrasts with the white page of the report (it should simply blend in). Does anyone know why Crystal is doing this? And is there any way of getting around it?

We are using Crystal Reports 9.0

Many Thanks.

Hi,

It is a Crystal Issue, is more to do with the format of your image eg. jpg gif, etc....

Try and save your graphic in different formats and see which one is better suited for exports from crystal

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately we've tried every type of image file that Crystal allows and we're still getting the box around the image.

Solved.

For future reference a bitmap OLE seemed to do the trick.
