You can EXPORT Outlook Calendar data as an Excel file, for instance.
The key fields you will need to plot a Bar Chart are ...

StartDate
StartTime
EndDate
EndTime

Calculate 3 new columns

End
Start
Dur
[/tt]
Assuming that your table starts in A1, the new columns will be in F, G & H
End is calculated as EndDate+EndTime, Start similarly and Dur (duration) is End-Start.
Select the Start & Dur headings and data.
Click the Chart Wizard.
Select STACKED BAR. FINISH. You can go back an pretty up as you wish.
Right-click the x-axis (vertical) and FORMAT.
Scale TAB - check
Categories in reverse order
Select series "Start" (1).
Format Selected Data Series.
Paterns TAB - Border NONE - Area NONE
Right-Click tge y-axis (horizontal) and FORMAT.
Scale TAB -
Minimum: Enter the MINIMUM DATE like 12/04/2009
Maximum: Enter the MAXIMUM DATE & TIME like 12/04/2009 23:59:59
Number TAB -
Select the Date or Time format.
Right-Click in the chart and select
Source Data
Series TAB -
Select the Start series.
Select in the Category (x) axis lables text box.
Select the Subject DATA on the sheet and OK
