Export not working with Win2K machine from CRViewer 8.0

I have an application (VB5 and CR8.0) that I am using CRViewer to display the report to the screen, The user can then export the report by selecting the export button. This is working on all Windows platforms (95/98/nt) with the exception of Windows 2000. With Windows 2000 I am getting the file, but a size of 0 kb.

Any suggestions why this will not work?

Go to the following link, it tells you to download the cr80dev.zip and install it. The problem is with the craxdrt.dll.
