Export Nortel Symposium Call Center user defined reports

The subject says it all. Is there anyway to Export Nortel Symposium Call Center user defined reports? I have to change out a user from one workstation to another. She has many very complicated reports. Does she have to recreate them?

no i make a copy of ..Nortel Networks\Symposium Call Center Server\Client\en\data\nicrpt.mdb and copy it to the other client. Should work.

The other way is to use this "Data migration wizard" which was shipped with 4.2.

As a subnote, the Data Migration Wizard was also shipped with 4.0 and is installed as standard.

Yes, but the data migration wizard will only move the RTD's. You gotta copy the .mdb to get the reports.

Okay...i have a further Question
we want to export our 3.0 Reports to the newly SCCS 5.0 .

I copy the nicprt.mdb but the Systems recognizes where they are created .
The user-created ..defined Reports should by copy to the new Client we do not want to export every Report individually,we have ca. 100 User Reports!

Now a copy going riht if i copy from Symposuim 3-> 3 and
5-> 5

What can i do??

Symposium stores the definition of the user created reports on the c:\ drive, so the only way to get them is to get the nicrpt.mdb file from their computer.

Is there a procedure or migration process to migrate user created reports from the traditional thick client for use with the 4.5 web client ? We are running SCCS 4.2 and have recently upgraded from the thick client to the web client .
I have tried to import a few reports from my C:\Program Files\Nortel Networks\Symposium Call Center Server\Client\en\rpt , but so far this has not been successful.
