Export group totals to csv without detail lines. 1

Hello:

I have a report that shows the monthly averages of performance monitors for phone agents in our company. The only things that need to be in this report are the agents name and average. I have nothing in the details section and have the report grouped by agent with an average field that shows the average of the monitor scores. However, when I export to csv, I get blank lines for the detail rows. Is there any way to avoid this?

Hi,

Try suppressing the details section even if you have nothing in it.

If that doesn't work, try using a command as a datasource and do the summations in SQL. Then when you get to Crystal with the data, the summations will be your detail lines.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up having to supress the detail and the group header. Now it works, thanks for your help.
