Export Data from query to Word or PDF form

I am looking to export data from a query to existing form fields in a word or PDF document - essentially pass client name, address details to a document for them to sign. I know doing this via PDF is probably more difficult - has anyone managed this before? Any ideas that could help me

That is job for your frontend, not for sql server.

yes. If you can use ASP.NET or even ASP you can do it. There are also free 3rd party and pay for software you can use within ASP/ASP.NET.
But, it doesn't have to be ASP, it can we a windows app as well. Just depends on what you need.
