Export CR report to Excel

If I want to export a report(created in CR XI) to Excel and if my report is a Pie Chart, I cannot do any changes in the excel file... for example if I need only the information from the legend of the chart I cannot take it and put it somewhere else. Or is there an option to do it?

Once the report is exported the pie chart in a sense just becomes a graphic meaning you can't make any changes to it.

The only way round this would be to just extract the data and then insert an excel chart, and then you will have full functionality available on the chart.

So you mean that I need to cretae a report with only information(values) and then to export it to excel and to create the Pie chart in Excel?

If you want to be able to make changes to the pie chart in Excel then yes.
