Export button doesn't work

In the distributed report the export button is
enabled but when you click on it nothing happens.
It looks like some DLL is missing. I added all required DLLs that I have on my developer machine where everything works and it did not help. Any other ideas?

The following files should be in the Crystal Folder which should be a subfolder in you windows folder (winnt) and there should be registry entries for them.

CRXLAT32.DLL, U2DDISK.DLL, U2DMAPI.DLL, U2FCR.DLL, U2FDIF.DLL, U2FHTML.DLL, U2FREC.DLL, U2FRTF.DLL, U2FSEPV.DLL, U2FTEXT.DLL, U2FWKS.DLL, U2FWORDW.DLL and U2FXLS.DLL

If you are running under Citrix you might have a problem because the Crystal folder has been redirected.
