Hi

I need to be able to print or copy and paste the contents of the backup job so i can demonstrate what is being backed up.

How do i do it ?

DavrosDalek,

By printing the backup schema you used in 'create backup job' and by grabbing a copy of the Arcserve job report you should be able to prove which files/folders it backed up and those it didn't. Omitted files are shown under their error codes (usually E3404 for sharing violations and such like). SQL, Excahnge and other agents can be measured from the report in terms of connectivity and volume of data backed up.

You can always perform file counts from Arcserve as well to check that totals match.

I know this sounds very basic but I'm just trying to help a fellow Arcserver!

Cheers,

Urban.
