Export Access 2 reports to Word/Excell.

Please help on this.

If you are looking at a report or query, you can go to "Tools" "office links" and either "analyze with MS Excel" or "publish with MS word". It is probably better to send a report to Word and a query or table to excel for formatting ease. Dawn

Thank you but right now I'm using Access 2 (OLDDDD one), I'm taking over other people jobs. What I want to do here is to export all the reports to a word/excell format just a click of a button. Any programming/macro to do that in Access 2.0.
