Explorer Pro 4.8.6

Has anyone had any experience using CS10 and Livelink Explorer Pro 4.8.6 combo on Windows XP machines ?

I know in the release notes of Explorer Pro 4.8.6 that it only mentions CS 9.7.1 so does it not work at all on CS10 therefore forcing a client upgrade to either Exp Pro 10 or Enterprise Connect 10.2 ?

Maybe the 4.8.6 module wont install on CS10 ?

Anyone have any experience of this please?

As far as I am aware, Explorer 4.8.6 is not supported for CS10, although there is a CS10 release of Explorer, additionally there is Enterprise Connect which is what the users are being recommended to migrate to.

Thanks for the reply Greg. We want to get away from Exp Pro so if we were 'forced' to update the Windows XP client then we would jump to EC 10.2 - looks like more work anyway!
