Experience Portal with CM 6.X

Hello Team,

We are about to Impliment AEP with CM 6.x ,

CM will recive the Calls form ISDN E1 & route teh Calls to AEP for Call flow Purpose

Is the AEP is connected CM using Direct SIP trunks beween two Systems

Hope some you folks already did this type of Configuration

I am delima we might be needing Session Manager
Any advcie on this highly appriciated

Hey smithaura. I have attatched the conf notes for SIP integration. I have not done one yet either. I am working on my first one now via h.323 integration. Not have any good luck with it.. But here is the doc for SIP have fun.
