Experience in CTI TAPI integration

Hi everybody,

I'm looking for your experience about CTI TAPI integration with Avaya IP Office.
The goal is to find a packaged solution allowing an easy integration of CTI in "business softwares" with functions of screen pop, clic to dial, ...
We have a quite poor offer in the French market, so I asked my friend Google and I found lots of products which are sold in Germany or US.

Did you experiment the integration of that kind of product ?

For screen pop I have used a product which is very nice, it pops very similar to how MS Outlook pops, but the nice thing about this product is that it matches the CLI (if available) with your existing databases and brings up the customer details from your existing contacts.

Not only that...it brings up any tables and fields that you want to (such as customer balances, invoices etc..and displays them to the customer as a report which is defined by the administrator).
Product is called Teamtouch CTI. It does the function of phone manager plus all this database integration magic!
