Expension Modules not working after restart

Avaya 5410 v 6.0, still showing Please wait.. ()
Tried rebooting the IP 500v2 couple of times, still no result.
Also tried, keeping the Expansion module on and restarting the IP office no result.
I have 4 expansion modules DIG DCPx30 V2 x 2 works good, but ANALOG POTS30+ x 2 does not work.

What can be the problem?

Phone 30 modules are for analogue phones, a 5410 will never work plugged in there :)
