Expansion Server Not Working

Hello ...

I have IPOSE 11.1.1.1.0 build 18
have Secondary, and 4 Expansion 500v2 Expansion and All is working,
yesterday, I tried to add a new Expansion Server 500v2, using the same setting.
Unfortunately, the new expansion did not get the server edition license from expansion, the line between new expansion and the server is out of service.
the two sites are reachable and the new expansion is light orange on the solution.
when I checked the system status between the lines already working and this not working, I found the following differences,

The difference is is Non-working line:

Local Server IP Office behind NAT: True

In working Line:

Local Server IP Office behind NAT: False

Did you intend for that expansion unit to be behind NAT? If not, your network is messed up.
