Hello all,

I have been posed a question regarding handsfree and autodial and BFS. I have a phone with an expansion modules on the unit.
The user wants to be able to only press the 1 button on the expansion module (auto dial) or BFS and it automatically go to speaker.
Can this be done?

The user does not want to press the handsfree then the number on the expansion module.

Could it be in the Class of Service.

I forgot to mention. I did try Key Click Enable, Live Dial Pad, and Key Click Enable.

As well as ON HOOK DEFAULT PATH was set to Handfree.

I think the user is stuck with the tedious and time consuming act of pressing the extension key before using the autodial key .....!

[hammer]Ok so I am not incorrect in saying that its a 2 step process. NO WAY AROUND IT! Thanks trvlr1

Let the user enter the numbers they want in the auto dial key. Then reprogram the key as "HOT D 5 xxxxx". The BFS keys don't work that way.

Nortel all the way
