Expansion module failure

HI,

I have a IPO403 with a pot16 module with 9 phones.
The last month i have experienced the connection to the phones are lost. However i have 1 in the 403 and it works all the time. After reboot it all works fine.
I have tried to opgrade to 2.1.(24) still the same. Was at 2.0.(16) before.
Any ideas??

I suspect you are suffering a power fauilure & the Phone module is taking too long to reboot

Yeah that was my thought too but the girls working in the office says no power failure. It has been 3 times the last month and a few times more the previuos months. That would be a lot of power failures.

1) Would the "Girls" in the office notice an OOH power failure?

2) Is the cleaner unpluging the insignificant looking power adapter for the phone module to connect the Vacuum cleaner?

3) The UPS is connected behind the light switch of the server room.

It has happened during office hours and they swear they havent touched anything
No UPS yet, but there will soon. And if that doesnt help i will try swithing the box.
Just wanted to hear if anyone else has experienced this.
