expanding mics 4.0

I am expanding a mics 4.0. I shut down the system and installed a 2 port fiber expansion card retsarted the sytem. Right off the bat I get an arror code, Alarm 60, and then the display changes and reads Config error and gives me the options warm and reset. Reset does nothing, and warm gives me another promt, Recycle power. I do and the same error occurs. Any thoughts?

What slot do you have the expansion card in? It needs to be in slot 2 of the KSU and not in slot 1.

Thanks for the help. I realized that it needed to be in slot 2 about 5 min after i wrote the question. Problem solved.
