Expanded Aux Codes

Is anyone using the Expanded Aux Codes?

On the reports I see my graphs that are all pretty with codes 1-9, 10-99 are all grouped together and all one color. Is there a way to change this, or is that what you get?

You will need to create custom AUX Reason Code reports for the appropriate code(s). I've created reports for each of my business groups with the appropriate reason codes. Let me know if you need additional details.

Susan - That's what I was afraid of. Did you just take the current reports and change the codes it looks for, or did you start from scratch?

Lever - it came standard in the switch in CM2, but in CMS it is an add on module you have to pay for.

phonegirl27 - I just took the existing report (Historical/Agent Group AUX Daily) and modified it. It was easy, just tedious.
