Hi All

The speaker of the box beeps when a file is changed and exit is choosen without saving.

How can I disable this beep?

Thanks a lot for any help.

Im not sure which sound it is that it plays, my guess its probably exclamation. Any way this is how you change or remove Windows sounds.

Open your control panel.

Start --> Control Panel --> Sounds and Devices

Click on the Sounds Tab.

Here you can change or remove sounds on different Windows events. As I'm not sure you which one it is that gets called when you try and close a file without saving I would recommend you to play back the files untill you find the right one and then disable it.

Unless you don't want any sounds from Windows at all, all you need to do for this is to change the theme to No sounds.
