Computer: SCSEXCHNG
Description:
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant failed to add the local computer as a member of the DS group object 'cn=Exchange Domain Servers,cn=Users,dc=scs-district,dc=local'.

Please stop all the Microsoft Exchange services, add the local computer into the group manually and restart all the services.

I have been confounded by this same problem for a couple of monthes now myself. The MS KB article is partially correct, but they are not complete on the resolution. What you need to do is remove the machine from the "Exchange Servers Group" in AD and then restart the System Attendant Service. The SA will then add the machine to the group. MS had said to add it back manually. Wrong! I did this yesterday PM and the errors went away.
