Exhange 2003

Hi i am very new to exchange 2003. I have mail account at a local isp provider. Is there anyway that I can confugure a exhanger server at my home that connect and retrieves my mail from the isp accoount. I want to do this just in educational purpose and hope i will learn more configuring exchange this way.

Take a look at the POP3 connector possibilities this should give you the ability to retreive mail from your local ISP and distribute it locally on your exchange server.
