At one time, our Executive Secretary, who has buttons on her phone for the two executives lines she answers (see print of her TN below), was able to join in (at one time), on conversations in progress that the executives were on. Supposedly, now, she is unable to access calls in progress by pressing the active line (in this case, on the TN I am showing below, buttons 24, 25, & 26.) Should these buttons be using something other than "SCR" for her to access the calls?

You either need a PRS key programmed or have a 2500 analog set programmed with the same ext. number as the execs. That eliminates privacy.

fastest way it to add the analog tn to the mix.. removes all privacy from the call.. conf is the perfered method.. if your company needs party lines then the analog tn will provide that..
