Executive overide KX-TD1232

Hi
Can anyone help?
I have installed an old KX-TD1232 (v5.0) for a small telesales company.
They have 10 channels of ISDN30 Digital lines.

The owner wants the capability to listen to conversations on various extensions.
I remember this was called Executive Overide.

I remember doing this about 10 years ago but cannot remember the steps to allow in COS or procedure from keyphone?
I have looked through all the manuals without success.

Review programs 505 and 506. 505 sets EBO and 506 changes the ability to override EBO. It's done by COS.

Going back to customer next week will follow your suggestion.

All exec overide will be from ext 201 how do they dial to listen to ohter extensions comversation?

if eo is enabled you just press a co line button that is lit
and it give a tone and shows on display who has barged in!!
