executing an application through VB 1

Hi. I have a command button on my form that I would like to click and open the Windows sound recorder accessory with. It's located at

C:\WINDOWS\system32\sndrec32.exe

Anyone know how I can click the command button and execute this application? Thanks.

Use ShellEx or Shell
