Hi,
Did somebody experienced to use another scheduler than the scheduler from networker or use un w2k batch for execution

Thanks

Yes, it's no problem (with the running anywaY).
Just schedule savegrp -G name_of_savegroup
e.g. savegrp -G Default

The problem comes if you want to cancel the savegroup. You have to go in and kill the processes (so you need a version of kill on your system, try sysinternals if you don't have one) as you can't use the Networker GUI to cancel a group that was not started by Networker.

Savegroup Killer !
;)

You can use nsradmin to stop the group from the CLI ... you don't need to kill him.

hi sdeb,
Can you give me a sample of nsradmin
to stop the savegroep started in commande mode (savegroep) without killing

Thanks
