Hi,

I just wondered what peoples views were on .exe compress programs.

I have looked at aspack ( & PKLite (
After reading up on both of them, I'm just a bit worried that my app might get rejected by AntiVirus software.

Has anyone had any experience with either of these programs?

Thanks,

Rob D.

I think only older versions of Antivirus software might reject your application. Many applications have compressed exe files so it's tested and it should work just fine.

A really good exe program is upx it is free - you can get it at sourceforge the link is below

I have used this exe compressor for years I haven't had any problems with it

I highly recommend upx - out of all the compressors I have tried I like upx
