Excpetion Error on Givex inquire - Simphony version 19.3

Has anyone seen this error on trying to inquire on Givex gift cards. I checked the handlers folder and I do the what I belive are the correct DLL's in there. I am not sure where else I should be looking for an answer to this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When debugging, you may use a different version of PosCore.dll than 19.3.

I'd just confirm the steps you took. As far as I know, you need to do the following:
- Set your givex redemption servers IP (probably CAPS) in the custom content file in EMC for that site.
- Install givex on your redemption server(CAPS).
- Configure your givex.ini file on the server with the correct info specific to this location
- Deploy the givex cal package from EMC to your workstations

You may also want to try manually forcing your workstation to update:

Go into RegEdit → Micros → CAL
Manually change the version number of the package that was installed (XProcessor, etc) to force an update.
