Hi,

We are getting the following warning:

AW0004 Failed to open file <C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\CONFIG\enterprisesec.config.cch.3452.95344125>. RC=5, Access is denied.

From my research, I have found that the file indicated in the warning can be excluded. However, the numbers in the file extension change. I want to exclude any files which match the pattern *.*.cch.*.*

When I use dos and search for files with that pattern, it also returns files matching *.*.cch

ie:

C:\>dir /s *.*.cch.*.*
Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is 909E-B580

Directory of C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft
\CLR Security Config\v1.1.4322

28/02/2006 05:36 AM 9,180 security.config.cch
1 File(s) 9,180 bytes

If this file is excluded, will that break anything if I restore my environment from tape?

Cheers,

Victor.

How about just excluding the directory
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\CONFIG\

thanks for the response davidmichel,

Is it safe to just exclude that directory?
