Excluding files dosent show up in arc job

Hello
We try to exclude few folders and files from job but after deselecting the files. changes will not reflect in the job.

Please let me know how to do it. ? is there any permission issue which causing this ?

When making changes to a job the job must be resubmitted back into the queue for the job to be repackaged with the changes.

However to exclude data it is usually better to use a Filter.
