I have a list of data, and only want records that have a number in one of the cells. Some cells have zero values, and I don't want any of this data to show on my report.

Example of report:

Name Total Days Owing Hrs Worked Value of Hrs

I only want information to show up if there is an actual value in "Total Days Owing".

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,
Use a selection criteria formula to exclude those:

{Total Days Owing} > 0

Wow, so simple - why didn't I think of this? Thanks so much for your help.
