Excluding a single /Individual mailbox/

Is it possible to exclude a single chosen mailbox?

Simple and safe answer is NO! Sorry. The problem is, if you do exclude a mail box you go into selective mode. If a new user is added say in 3 months time, they wont get backed up until you modify the job and select them. There is no option in the filters to exclude them.

and yes you can restore a single mailbox.

At the Source, right click and choose filters. These filters will only apply to that source.

As far as I can see the Arcserve2000 filter can't filter mailbox names. It only seems to filter files and directories. CA also say you cant filter mailbox names. If anyone knows another way please let me know.

I’m trying to filter users with this error (deleted users) because my job reports incomplete.

E8604 Failed to start backup. (DBNAME=\Individual Mailboxes\(User Name), EC=EXCH Exchange Agent -- (429) "Fail to Open Information Store".)
