We implemented a VoIP system to part of our company but used the same phone number as the Nortel was using.

We want to reclaims these licenses and use them in the rest of the building, but we can't reuse these extensions.

How can i exclude or prevent those DNs from being used in the future with out using any licenses?

Is there a simple command to remove these from the search feature in Telephony manager as well as showing as usable in the Terminal Services Manager?

Build them as FFCs for RGAA. Here is an example of mine:

FFCs are additional codes you can assign to a PBX feature. RGAA is the Feature called "Ring Again"

If you want to hide numbers from use, that is the best place to hide them. Start in LD 57 and REQ CHG then follow along with what I have shown, adding all the numbers you want to hide from being used.
