Exchange5.5 and Outlook Address Books

I have created a Address Book on the Exchange 5.5 server.

A user in Outlook has created a whole bunch of names/etc. in a contacts folder in the public folders area. They would like this information to be in the Address Book. Is there a way to import this information, link it, etc. or will it have to be re-created in the Address Book.

I would of thought you could export the information at the very least as a text file or csv file. Then import back in again. Select the public folder, then go to file menu, import/export and try an export as text or csv etc. Then import the file back
