exchange5.5 and 2000 active directory

Hi,
we are migration from NT to 2000. We have Exchange 5.5. Will it run or should we upgrade to 2000

Exchange 5.5 will run fine on Windows 2000, so you don't NEED to upgrade, but investigate, you may decide that you WANT to upgrade.

thnks for the info.
I am migrating a single domain NT to 2000.
I will become a new domain in an existing windows 2000 forest. They already have exchange 2000 in that forest. Can I install exchang 2000 on my domain or is it one exchange 2000 per forest?
