hi, i'm trying to narrow down where the problem with my exchange 2000 is:
accounts can send external mail via SMTP connector, but they cannot receive it.
i can track messages from outside to the users (e.g., email from foo@hotmail.com), so i know mail is finding its way at least to the smtp connector.
as the last message before the NDR notice, the tracker returns: "SMTP: Advanced Queue Failed to Deliver Message"
any ideas where to start looking?
other details: Nothing really shows up in the Event Viewer for ExchangeTransport or ExchangeIS, and I have all other zones disabled.
thanks in advance,
rs
