Exchange url address?

I have a user who's trying to set up a Treo PDA device and have it receive company emails from his Exchange server account. One of the settings is incoming mail server address. Where (on Exchange Administrator do I find this information? I presume it will be via IMS somewhere...

Just for reference, the fix was simpler than I expected. The server name used was simply the IP address - the problem was with the security - or lack thereof. The Treo device only needed the username/password - no other ssl settings.

the URL would be whatever you've set as an mx record in your dns...
