Exchange sever Mailbox backup error

On veritas 8.6 on our Exchangeserver cannot baclup individual mailboxes comes up with an error directory not found. This was a test backup just to backup one mailbox and all its contents log print is as follows

I'm not sure if I remember this correctly, but I think it's to do with the Backup Exec logon account. I believe that to do Mailbox backups you have to have a unique mailbox created for the Backup Exec logon account.

You should find it in the Administrators guide, as I'm sure I had the same problem and found the solution in there. It's most likely under the MS Exchange agent section.

I think the user Dilip Dadrai was deleted. Thing is exchange mailbox still exists. You should delete/purge the mailbox or reconnect it to another user
