Exchange service could not start

hi..
can somebody help me how to solve this prob.
my exchange 2000 service could not start. I try to start microsoft exchange System Attendant but it fail. the msg is "Could not start Microsoft Exchange Syatem Attendant on local computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or internal service error".
Drive M also missing...emmm help me plss..
 
Do you have plenty of free space on the partition where your log files and/or your information stores are stored?
 
Is this a brand new install or are you restoring from a previous backup?
 
I install exchange in drive C:\ and it have about 13GB free space.
emm yes, this is brand new install...i already use this exchange for more than 5 month .Last weak i restart the server and this prob. occur.
 
Can you post the error code from the event viewer? It will give us a better idea of what's going on.
 
ok this is the error msg in Application log "Unexpected error A local error has occurred. Facility : Win32 Id no : 8007203b Microsoft Exchange System Attendant occurred.

Yes all the symptoms same like in the article. I followed the instructions but still dont have any improvement...emm any idea
