Hi,

We got a error MSG when we send email to some company. I got MSG:

"Did not reach the following recipient(s):

FName.LName@microcell.ca. The recipient name is not recognized."

My client said they never have trouble with anyone, only ours.Is it dot things?

So it means our exchange setup are somewhere wrong.

Can anybody help me? Thanks lot.

Ann

Ann,

It may be that your Mail server is listed on a spam list somewhere and that is why the receipients mail server is rejecting your mail. See to submit your mail server for spam / open relay testing...

fyi,

Bob

Can you send e-mail to the same recipient from other mail server (such as hotmail)? Maybe the recipient did not exist anymore. It happens all the time. It's not about whether you can do it or not, it's about HOW

I get the same problem, I can email thru hotmail but not from our email thru exchange. I need the naswer to this one soon!

Try to get a hold of another recipient name on that domain and send them a test mail. If that fails, contact your ISP and see if they made ANY DNS changes recently.
