Exchange Server And CDONTS

I hope someone can help - We just installed Exchange Server 5.5 on a server that hosted a web page. The web page used CDONTS to send people their password when requested. Not that Exchange has been installed on the server the Microdoft SMTP has been disabled and the messages just sit in the mailroot\pickup directory. Can anyone please help!!

I have Exchange 5.5 and Web Server And Proxy Server on one machine! and I don't have any problem send email with CDONTS. check the event log and see if there is any error.

I figured it out - I just ran the optimizer and set the IMCDATA directory to the directory and it seems to work fine now!! Thanks for the help
