I do config as suggested by WARCORP.
Nothing has change: the same error message:

<RobertoA@ised.sn>:
207.50.227.43 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 No such list.
Giving up on 207.50.227.43.
I plan to reinstall the server with the last SP for exchange

207.50.227.43 is the SMTP gateway IP

Is this your own assigned IP address or is it your ISPs' gateway?

The "550 No Such List" is a different error than the last message, yeah it's a 550 error but the response from the server is different (as soon as it says "Remote host said 550 No such list" the issue is no longer connectivity but how the smtp server is accepting the message).
The server is accepting the conntection but there is somthing about the message routing it doesn't like, either what your sending is not allowed ort it doesn't exist. If the ip address was not responding, you would be getting a "server not found" error in the mail reply. Go into the Internet Connector, and post to us all the options and entries that are set there.
